The Cookware Company Group holds its own brands as well as licenses. Our owns brands include: Blue Diamond, BK, Chop & Grill, Gero, Greenchef, Greenlife, Greenpan, Keltum, Kochstar, Lumenflon, Moods, Merten & Storck, Royal van Kempen & Begeer, Vita Verde. Our licensed brands include: AEG, Bialetti, Electrolux, KitchenAid, Smeg.

2. Purposes, legal basis and personal information
Website visit
We process your personal data to display our website and make your visit as pleasant as possible. When you visit our website, we process your personal identification data (IP address and cookies). This data allows us to improve your browsing experience on our website and to better tailor our website to your preferences.The legal basis for processing your IP address and placing essential and functional cookies is our legitimate interest to provide a well-functioning and user-friendly website (Art. 6, §1, (f) GDPR). Analytical, advertising and social media cookies will only be placed if you have given your consent (for more information, see our Cookie Policy). We obtain this personal data directly from you.
Purchase on the webshop
We process your personal data to provide you with the information, products and services you request or purchase from us online. In doing so, we use personal data to process your purchase and payment transactions, and to manage deliveries, claims, returns and refunds in a secure and effective manner. We collect and use your personal data to perform the contract created by your order. For this purpose, we may process your e-mail address, payment details, billing details (name, address and phone number), delivery details (name and address) if different from billing details, discount code, language preference and use of promotional messages. Please inform persons whose data you provide to us (e.g. if you arrange for the delivery of your product to this person) about the provisions and rights in the privacy statement.
General business purposes
Order and payment data collected for the above purpose will also be used for tax & accounting, marketing, business development and analysis purposes, to detect fraud and theft in connection with online sales and to comply with applicable laws under certain conditions and restrictions. We may also need your data in connection with our dispute management. Our legal basis to process your personal data regarding the above purposes may be a legal obligation or our legitimate interest.

Within The Cookware Company Group, we may transfer personal data when necessary to achieve the purposes listed above. If necessary, we may also to transfer your personal data to third parties, including: payment providers, logistics service providers, law firms, accountants and auditors, banks and insurance companies, government departments, bailiffs, court and police services.
In addition, our IT partners and software providers will potentially have access to your data. Other companies may also have access to your data in the context of a merger or acquisition.
Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area without appropriate safeguards.

Once you unsubscribe from the newsletter and promotional messages, you will no longer receive them. You can always resubscribe via our website.
